As part of our preparations for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, SPELT has restructured its service model to better reflect the actual hours and responsibilities involved in the ESL program at Libëlu.
 

The following proposal outlines the terms for your continued collaboration under this framework. Please review the details carefully and confirm your agreement at the end of the page.
 

Here’s the proposal for the 2025-2026 cycle:
 

🌞 Morning classes (Monday to Friday):

• 2 to 3 hours daily

• $8,000 MXN monthly
   

🎯 After-school classes:

• Monday & Wednesday: $1,500 MXN monthly

• Tuesday & Thursday: $1,500 MXN monthly
   

Total monthly compensation: up to $11,000 MXN, depending on group activation.
 

✅ Additional benefits:

• December break and Easter holidays are fully paid

• Last payment of the cycle would be on June 25, 2026

• Bi-weekly payments, as usual
   

This package has been structured to align with the real scope of services and availability of groups. It reflects both the base responsibilities and the potential for increased compensation if all after-school sessions are active.
 

The amounts have been defined based on current project conditions and budget — there is no room for further negotiation.

Academic Support

As part of our ongoing commitment to the quality of the Libëlu ESL program, SPELT will continue to provide academic support, including guidance on lesson content and delivery.

While lesson planning typically falls under the responsibility of the instructor, we understand that additional support has been necessary throughout this service, and we’ll maintain that support structure to ensure consistency and clarity for the students.

This is considered an added value that SPELT is contributing to the project, beyond the core service expectations.
